So as we leave the garage, we come out into a space here that we’ve also been talking about during the project as kind of like a secret garden. And we have a koi pond with a little bit of a water feature, so as you’re sitting out here relaxing, you just hear this constant flow of water. We love this space because we have a gorgeous fence behind it, the alley, super private.
You’re blocked in on the east side by the garage, you’re blocked in on the south side by the building, and it creates sort of this bear hug of buildings around a space that you can sit. We have a wood-fired hot tub, never done that before, and multiple places where you can just sit and hang out.
