Video transcript:

I’m standing in the kitchen. It’s probably not your traditional kitchen because it’s just one level, but it has all the bells and whistles: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, speed oven. We have a beautiful sink and faucet.

You know, like you start a project, you have a vision, right? Like, you know, like what the color is going to be, what you think. We go shopping for countertops and the owner sees this beautiful green top and I was like, “Whoa, it’s kind of green.” And she loved it. And it’s like, okay, our whole blue color scheme, blues and grays, you know, water theme, gone.

We’ve painted the cabinets a beautiful green to compliment the stone. And we have some brass hardware that I think also just lends itself to a repetition of the other materials that you see. We have brass in our chandeliers. We have brass in our lights above the windows.

It just was a really sort of fun opportunity to take a total 180 when we thought we were going one direction and then you see something and it changes everything up for the better.
