This hallway used to have a lot more doors, and I think it’s a testament that you can’t tell where they used to be. So when we made the suite down here at the end, we got rid of a hall bathroom and reconfigured so we didn’t need bedrooms to share a bathroom anymore. So the bedroom behind you now has an ensuite bathroom. The end of this hallway used to be a small bathroom, and the bathroom we were just in used to be a bedroom. If you’re staying here—grandkid or someone in the family—you can close the doors, and it looks like it could have been here for 100 years.
