So, hiding behind this pair of pocket doors is our scullery or back kitchen. We’ve got a tiny little range, including a vent. We also planned the cabinetry around the vent, so you’ve got some space for storage in here. We’ve got utensil holders, even a built-in spice rack, a full-size dishwasher, and a tiny little refrigerator. So if you’re a messy cook and you don’t want that to be on display for your guests, you can prep back here and then close the doors, and no one is the wiser.
