So, another great feature here in the basement of our new home is this beautiful theater that we’ve incorporated. We have this beautiful screen and our low voltage contractor worked with us to incorporate a built-in projector from the house brain, which is tucked in behind the room. The homeowners wanted to have a really great basement space that connected the areas where their kids will be playing with an adult space as well. So we have a beautiful furniture pit here with a TV and then we built in a lovely bar cabinet with some refrigeration and a sink. There’s also a table beneath our beautiful window that looks out to the window well. It’s a lot of great light. It’s a great space for both adults and kids to occupy together.
