Here we are in the mechanical room of the house. Our subcontractors did a really wonderful job of keeping all of their equipment tight against the wall. It is very clean and crisp. The homeowners also went the extra mile and asked to have an epoxy put on the floor so it’s very clean. We also incorporated a stair from the basement to the outside, which is a great feature – so you could have workmen come and service your equipment without having to bring them through the entire house or even have their own code to get in when you’re not home.
