Beth, Nicole, Sarah and Amy attended the AIA CRAN (Custom Residential Architects Network) event at the Merchandise Mart with 125+ other diligent and inquisitive architects looking to stay up-to-date on the latest in residential home design. Our architectural team enjoys membership with and appreciates the work of the the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a professional membership association for architecture professionals.
Custom Residential Architects Network
Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) provides a vibrant meeting place for practitioners within the custom residential architectural community to share knowledge, experiences, resources, and partake in events relevant at all stages of their career.
- SUPPORT: CRAN Chicago supports all architects who focus on custom residential work. We address the unique issues related to custom residential practice and provide a forum for an exchange of ideas and resources that affect the residential practitioner.
- ADVOCATE: CRAN Chicago pursues new avenues to advocate for the residential practitioner through an increased public presence and by working closely with the AIA and other Knowledge Communities.
- EDUCATE: CRAN Chicago hosts programs to encourage vital ongoing discussions and continuing educational opportunities for all aspects of residential architecture.
