This is the living room. This is a carved stone mantelpiece that goes from the floor all the way to the ceiling. We had to reinforce the floor to carry this monumental thing, carved in Mexico. Cabinets on either side. We put this amazing millwork ceiling on the ceiling of these little flowers. Each flower has either a light in it or no light. We made them perfectly centered so that when we light it up, it’s all perfectly aligned. We have some speakers on this side. It’s this cool kind of light pinkish paint. beautiful brass fixture here. When I get done with these cabinets, I’m going to have lights at the top, and the cabinets will light up, feature lighting for anything that’s inside the cabinetry, and got a giant, huge window that looks out into the forest. Winter time, you can see way deep into the forest.
