Welcome back to the Evanston Mansion series. The owner is really not a fan of these exterior sconces, and we have very little exterior work on this project because it’s an interior remodeling.
But I’m pleased to say we’ve ordered some new light fixtures. So all the sconces that you see here on the house and also on the coach house, in addition to this fixture over here at the side entryway, are all going to be replaced.
And I’m really actually very excited about this fixture here because rather than just having a flush mount, we’re going to hang a really beautiful pendant. We have such tall ceiling height here, there’s no reason we shouldn’t have a hanging fixture.
