Plan Ahead Design + Build

Our design and build process includes leaving room for later changes. Sometimes the budget isn’t available right away and that’s okay – you don’t need to do everything all at once! Or, as you use your home, you may have new needs, or priorities change or the kids grow up. Part of the magic of working with a unified architect and builder team is that you can lay the groundwork for future upgrades and changes at the outset so your home has what you will need when the time is right – as with this beautiful lower level upgrade we undertook in 2020 on a home we designed and built in 2015.
