So, at the stairwell, currently at rough framing, these stairs are completely temporary. Before the stair guys come out, we’ll rip out the landings from the basement all the way to the ceiling, and we’ll have a full open stair column here. Going up, we’ll have a couple of floating columns and a curved radius stringer and railing. They’re a three-inch stringer, which is a little bit wider than we typically see, but we think it’s really going to give some nice flow to the stairway as you make your way upstairs.
