So, we’re down in the basement bunk room and you can actually see that the carpenters are actively working down here. The paneling in the back is done. We’ve made our frame for the bed up here. They’re currently working on our ladder/shelf/access to the second level here. So, you can see their laser level’s out to make sure they are spot-on level. And then they’ve got the framing here done so this is just standard 2×4 material. And they’re going to actually wrap this with plywood so we can paint it. It’ll all get material that is going to be poplar or birch for paint and then this will all be one, uniform piece.
Over here you can see the opening for the door. They have not made the door yet but it will be paneled to match. It’ll almost be like a hidden door that’ll be very similar to the back over here. You’ll be able to see it but it’ll blend in really nice with the rest of the feature here.
