Arches are left without drywall on the casing side of the door. These are actually pre-built in the factory. They will come out as a full piece in this shape. There are only a few that are identical. So, each piece is custom made to fit every opening. So, we finally got the doors for the library on site and here they are. They were purchased off of a reclaimed antique website. We’ll have to do some modifications to them to make them work, but there’ll be a pocket door here and they will close in the middle and these will both be able to slide completely into wall cavities into the beautiful library that will be behind us.
