In the primary bathroom, you can see on the floor this orange material and this wire running through it. This is actually a heated floor, and this is done with electricity. So, this wire runs through the floor, not underneath the vanities. No need to heat underneath the vanities. No need to heat underneath the tub. So, this wire will run all the way to our toilet room so we can nicely conceal the thermostat that will control the temperature of the floor.
We have a custom tile that will have this pattern. Each one of these sheets of tile has this pattern on it. However, if you look closely, the tile isn’t centered in each piece. So, you have three tiles on this side, but four on that side. Meaning, when you grab the next sheet, if you don’t lay the four tile side to the three tile side, your pattern will be thrown off throughout the whole bathroom. The tile guys that we hire look at this stuff all the time, so it’s no big deal, but kind of a cool little tidbit.
