We’re in a house here in Highland Park. This is about a 5,600 square foot new build. Sometimes when we’re building, a client sees something or visits one of our other properties and sees something that they love. So, in the basement bedroom, this was just going to be your standard guest bedroom. However, our architect has done a bunch of really cool bunk bedroom kind of setups, a couple up north and some very cool other styles that we’ve done. Mike Olson has built one for us in the past. The closets, only stay on one side now. This wall will get removed. That’s where our stairs are going to come up. It’s all going to be paneled and painted. It’s going to be another custom bunk room by Scott Simpson Design Build.
