Kenilworth mansion sells for $7.5 million
A Kenilworth mansion (8,200-square-foot home) with its own sandy Lake Michigan beach sold for $7.5 million, the highest price anyone has paid for a listed home in the town since 2008.
It’s the fifth home in the Chicago area to sell for $7 million or more so far in 2020. At this time in 2019, there had been only two sales at $7 million or more, although both were at higher prices than the top price so far this year, $8.75 million.
