I’m a Partner and the CEO of All Things.

I know, I know – it’s impressive.

I will do everything I can to make sure your project goes smoothly. Mostly I run command central – doing whatever I can to support the team at the office and onsite – which can mean just about anything! But that’s what I love about my job.

Here’s how it all started:

My husband and I moved to Northbrook in 2003. A day after we moved into our house there was a loaf of banana bread on our front porch from our neighbors – the Simpsons. We made fast friends with the Simpsons and the Kennys. In 2007 TK and Scott asked me to join the SSDB family and I said, “Yes.”  Today, the SSDB family is still going strong. Scott and TK say I’m “the little sister they never wanted” – but they’re stuck with me!

I’m married to my wonderful husband, Jay, and I have two fabulous kids. I like drinking piña coladas and getting caught in the rain (not really, I prefer cold beer on a sunny day.) I was born and raised in Northbrook and went to college at the University of Colorado.

My first career was actually flying corporate jets. I stopped in 2000 because I realized that being grounded with family and friends was more fun than flying 500 mph at 35,000 feet. That’s why I love Scott Simpson Design + Build. They love what they do and they’re great at it, but they also realize the importance of family and friends and having fun.

Balance – I strive for it every day.
