Scott Simpson Builders has a new name. To celebrate its 25th anniversary this year, the firm is rebranding as Scott Simpson Design + Build. The new title is meant to convey its range of services, including custom homes, remodels, LEED-certified homes, and historic renovations. Scott Simpson started the company as a building firm, but it wasn’t until he partnered with architect Amy Mangold in 2012 to bring design and architecture in-house that he felt his vision of a full design and build service was complete. The name now reflects the full suite of offerings.”
